Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, and information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Orders are confirmed in writing and are subject to acceptance by UGPL. Lead times, pricing, and minimum quantities are agreed per order. Custom tooling and compounds may be subject to separate terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the UGPL name — is the property of United Gulf Polymers Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Drawings and specifications you supply remain yours; we use them solely to fulfil your enquiry or order.
4. Products & Warranty
Our products are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system and tested to documented specifications before delivery. Suitability for a particular application is the responsibility of the buyer; we are glad to provide technical guidance to support your selection. Any warranty is limited to the specifications agreed in the relevant order.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGPL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the UAE.
